Thanks God last night I have found what caused my driver side foot well servo not working properly-I finally pulled on the wires next to servo to one side and while under tension the servo worked fine. I had my son constantly changing temperature settings and servo responded great!
I still have to fix that issue, but at least now I know what caused the problem

Anyone know what the lever I am pointing to is/does?
I've cycled all the modes and all the actuators are working, but this little bugger never moves.
I can wiggle it so it is not seized, but the way all the linkages work it never moves.
On the passenger side looking through where the glove box would be
