02 LX 470 tire/wheel sizes

Not the original wheels.
The 4 wheels might be OEM but they are not the ones that came on the truck.
And the tires on them are not a OEM tire size.
People buying other OEM wheels is a thing if you didn't know that.
The 100 came with 16s, 17s and 18s through the years and different trims.
Also that's a wide enough gap in size to make me not ever want to use the spare.
265/60/18 is a 30.5" The OEM 275/70/16 is a 31.2"
These are the stock tire sizes. (With these Id have no problem running the spare if it didn't match the other 4 for a little while.
275/70R16 31.2"
275/65R17 31.1"
275/60R18 31.0"
I'd get new tires ASAP. And depending on funds/how old the spare is a new one of that size too if you can't find a 5th wheel to match the other 4.

Thank you!! Is it possible that the 18” wheels are original to my truck, with the wrong tire size on them, or does the the door jamb sticker over rule that?

Thank you. You have been very helpful.
I also have a 2002 LX470. The 16" wheels (like the picture below) were original to the truck. OEM 18's are a popular upgrade.
