In the second image I see a grey panel piece that would bridge (on top middle of picture) the bumper to the right rear wheel well. I'm missing that piece on my lx470. Do you still have it? how much to ship to 78705? Thanks

Check this link out for a good, inexpensive replacement option for your subwoofer. It's not the best but I would say it's on par with stock sound quality. Brady Adventures on YouTube has good content on the 100 series.

Thank you jmar12. I saw that Pyle subwoofer install and tried. But, after the install I realized that the prior owner of the car replaced the factory subwoofer with something that did not properly fit and ruin the box surrounding the screw holes to a point where it is nearly impossible to get a tight fit to eliminate buzzing sounds whenever there is a slight increase in bass. So, after removing the panel twice, I gave up and resorting to a new subwoofer box.
