I'm trying to repair the tub and came across these spacers (or mounts) on the underside, pinned into place to the large square tubing that runs side to side under the floor panel between the rear fenders. There are two of them and appear to be made of densely woven...

Took the ol girl out after having her setup for a bit, from working in her… when I got home I found a unidentified wire hanging from the wheel well… not sure if it’s related but the LC won’t even attempt to crank now… can someone tell me what it is and where it goes?
