toyota fj40 value

Being new to the FJ40 scene, I'm wondering if I should rebuild the original straight 6 cylinder, or do an LS Chevy V8 swap with automatic transmission? If I were to decide to sell it one day, or desperately needed to for the money, which would have the higher value either for a personal sale...
