In search of 61040 closed port 2f head in the north east thanks

I am very excited to share that my Prado is finally got a confirmed booking and ETA to Vancouver in early March. I am trying to do most of the stuff myself. Any one has any idea what's the process like at taking delivery out of the port? So far I understand I will have to go to CBSA pay duty...

There is a diagnostic port under the hood, but I can't figure out how to use it. My ODB scanner has a different connection. Is there a special tool I'd need to get, or is there an adaptor I can use? Thanking anyone in advance for any help they can offer!

Any good options out there to add a port for rear passengers? I've watched GXBob's video and that's what got me wondering if there are any solutions that are more flush fit or "oem" in style? Anyone here installed something that looks close to factory?

Two questions: 1. Is the bottom port for the vader light? 2. What are the top pieces for? Looks like something would attach from the outside of each of those.
