high beam issue

If my google-fu is not up to the task, I apologize. Anyway, my high-beams quit working last summer. They are not blown. If I pull the stick in, the high-beams both come on, along with the blue high-beam indicator on the dash. But, no joy when the switch is pushed forward to the normal...
