floor pans

What’s everyone’s take on custom beaded/pressed floor pans regarding resale value? Was thinking of making some cool custom floor pans for the front and rear of my 40 since I’m building my tub (firewall back). Probably won’t sell it but if I needed to I don’t want to do anything that would hurt...

Does anyone know what the heck this is? I’m afraid it’s a patch of some sort. Which, if it is, I’m going to be very frustrated lol. Break it to me softly.
