2f engine

I need and engine for my 73 I live in Austin Tx can pick up anytime. What does it include on the engine ie alternator,carb. Since it is a 2f I need all I can get as far as parts. price ?? 250?? what it worth??
 
i think i screwed up here. it must be a 1F. im not sure, i havent scraped off the crud and moved the crap around in the garage to get the engine numbers off of the block.


whatever i have engine/trans/tcase related its yours. an alternator was on the engine. carb is on there, but needs to be rebuilt.

I hope my engine man will know soon if my engine is any good or if I will need your engine for parts. Might use some exhaust etc parts anyway.. Would you sell parts or just whole thing. price for parts vs whole thing.
 
ten minutes to pull the manifolds and carb and dizzy before it goes to scrap may net you some useful trading bait if nothing else works out.;)
 
man, id hate to scrap a good running engine/trans/case..... kinda bad ju-ju to do that :(
 
natvet, lets just do it at your offered price that you gave me. really i have no bartering allowed, since i have no room for it. come get it sunday!!!
 
Sorry Halo been very busy. I sold my house today, i think :) (have a contract if it goes thru) been on the market forever. That means i will have no room for another engine unless i want to move it and store it. Suspect rebuild of my cruiser may be put on hold or in storage also :((

I remember reading in various posts that Javier's Automotive in Houston did a lot of work on cruisers. The number I got written down for them is 713-461-5595.
