Well, In Peru We have all kind of terreins... Rain forest, A looot o sand... big mountains... depends what you like... very near to my home, like 50 Km to the south starts the sand dunes... the place is call San Bartolo (Saint Bartolo) is very cool and very near... more to the south you have Ica, that have one of the most amazing deserts in the wourld.....

what did you mean with ...How about Land Cruiser shops, people selling LandCruiser, o LC parts? here we don't have some one doing that job, in Toyota we coudnt find parts, because they stop bringhing it because of the year of production... its dificulte, but at the ende you find somethings in some freind garage....

After market type stuff. And hard to find parts......stuff like that. We will be going in December. Yeah I went to the toyota parts place with no luck either.

cool, but ther is a problem, you cant bring used parts to peru, is not legal... you can brind some thins, little things, but a gear box and things like that is not legal... so bad!!!!!!

In traveling around Peru in Oct and Nov of 2005 and Jan. and Feb of 2007 I saw FJ55 near Pisco and a FJ40 at Ica and some others to far away to see any details. This year I saw tan FJ40 in downtown Lima but with my little spanish I was unable to communicate with the driver.
Hope to get back soon, I realy want to go back to the Nicolini Car Museum
