1985 fj60
Price: $6,500.00
Location: Houston, TX

I have owned the Cruiser for about a year and am selling only because of a new choice in my career. I love the truck and hope it goes to a fellow Cruiserhead that will appreciate it as well.

Overall the truck is in great shape and runs like a champ, it loves to be driven. It has about 202,000 +/- miles, white with grey interior, typical inline 6 with the stock 4 speed tranny.

The Good:
- Man-A-Fre 4" Suspension Lift w/shackle reversal kit
- 35" BFG Mud Terrain Tires mounted on black steel rims - 5 total - spare is new
- Safari Gard Bull Bar
- 8000lb aftermarket electric winch
- Safari Snorkel - Not connected but have majority of the parts to do so.
- Weber Carb
- Tuffy Center Consul
- Hella Off-Road Lights
- Optima Yellow Top Battery

The Bad:
- Little bit of rust (shown in pics)
- Before I owned the truck, it was hit on the rear passenger quarter panel and was fixed, although I believe the repairing attributes to the rust since the rest of the truck is in great shape.
- Clutch may need to be replaced soon. Works fine, although hard to get it into first gear sometimes.
- Drivers seat torn. (see pics)

It's a great truck.

Bump? Did I post too many pictures?

Jimmy,

Nice looking rig!

I would think somebody here on Mud would give a little more than what you would get trading it in for something like this...

Before you absolutely have to let it go to a trade in I would post your rock bottom price here (slightly above trade in) and see if you can let her go that way.

Of course, selling and dealing it to a buyer whom you have never met might not be as easy as handing the key over and taking the cash.

Good luck!

if you were closer i would pick it up and combine my hj60 with it. would save vme some money, good luck

Need to sell quick, tired of tire kickers. Give me an offer.

If you attempt to trade your truck in, my guess is that would give you no more than $700-1,000 - if even that! They don't care that it is a Cruiser....
