Okay I hate to do this again, but I do have to sale the FJ40. I know I keep going back and forth, but the time has come to seperate myself from my beloved project

This thing is a beast. Runs and looks awesome. Everyone who sees it has a real appreciation for it.

This is a shot gun sale so the first $12,500 (FIRM) takes it. I have way more invested in it than that, but I must let it go.

If anyone wat verification of the truck's condition, I'll be more than happy to drive it to American Toyata, Cruiser Dan's place to have him verify its condition and how nice it is.

At 12,500, that will save someone a lot of money. Great truck!

You're right it's a bargin. I have almost twice that invested in it. Nonetheless, my loss is your gain.

This is a very fine piece of machinery. The mod-restoration was done right. I took a lot of pride in restoring this truck and spent many sleepless nights getting it right. I was very meticulas with everything that was done to the truck. THe workmanship is great throughout.

Search for my posts to see the restoration. This was a clean truck from the begining with very little rust. The rear sil was slightly rusted and although it could have been repaired, I elected to replace it with a new one from CCOTT.

There are a few scratches in the paint that will be repaired prior to the sale. Whoever buys this truck will be very happy. I would prefer to sell it to someone who will keep it and enjoy its use.

This truck will last someone another 30 years. Its hawt... Someone should buy this before it goes on ebay...

I've had one email on this truck. I'm suprised....I thought that it would have generated more inquires than that.

Come on someone buy this thing...

Did I mention that it has full disc brakes with a old school corvett master cylinder. The thing drives like a late model car.

c'ept fo dem cheeseball wheels, that thing is ready to rock an roll. awesome buildup, good deal. wish i was lookin right now.

The pics should come up in the thread. Perhaps it's becasue you have not purcahsed a star yet.... PM me and I send you off pics via email.

The truck is in Albuquerque, NM.

Just to clairfy some points about the truck from questions that I've been asked:

The truck has the complete hard top. It's still in paint and body, and has been paid for. The sides are in great condition and so are the ambulance doors.

However, the fiberglass top needs work becasue the rig was rolled on its side and the patch job that was done by the orginal owner sucked. According to the bodyshop owner the repiar to the hard top won't be close to perfect but close enough you won't be able to tell unless you look at it closely.

I have all the windows new gaskets and door hardware.

The front doors are complete and painted in my grarage to match the rig.

If you search through my posts by user name you can see the doors and the associated hardware.

Best,

UNO.

That is my dream cruiser! I wish I had the coin as well.

Bump for the sake of trying.

There's a couple of folks interested in the truck.... If it does not sell on this forum, I'm going to ebay it and put it on craigs list.

Best,

Jeff

WOW-

That is one GORGEOUS rig. I wish you the best of luck selling her. I can imagine how hard it is for you.

Jeez man if I could sell the herd you'd have the cash in your pocket yesterday.

Still avaialble. The local sale couldn't get financing so if anyone is interested let me know. I must sell this thing.
