Drop brackets and bolt on SROR sliders

In the begining, the choice to use the 3" drop brackets made the addition of bolt on sliders impossible. Working with Jim at SROR the option was made available to me. The new bolt on sliders work perfectly with the drop brackets. Both will be put to the test this weekend and I'll post some pic's when I return. Thanks Jim, nice sliders.

From the looks of that door, you needed those sliders a long time ago. Those non-skid steps are nice. Are there any cuts to let water/ dirt wash off the step?
 
is that skid plate fully cantilevered or does it tie to the frame?

It ties to the frame. The bolt on solution has three mounting points per side, the skid plate uses the center mounting point.

Sorry, it was the only way I could justify to the wife the purchase of a new front bumper and sliders. Minor sacrifice!

The side steps were an option that I needed to go with to keep the wife. I was looking at maybe drilling some holes in them for water and such, maybe later. The grip tape I put on myself, thought that they may be a bit slippery when wet.
 
I think they were between 6 and 7 including shipping via UPS. UPS must hate this guy! Anyhow, the price ranges greatly because each slider purchase is custom to the customer and his wants and needs. If you search you will find several variations of these.

Drops and J's, I love it. True test will be off-roading this weekend. Rumor has it that I will hit the drops when going over rocks.
 
They look great! I took off the factory steps from my 92...and oddly enough...my pregnant wife gets to use a step stool as well ;)

Now, my LC isn't lifted...it's just on 33s..but that was just enough to make it difficult for her to get in given her current condition ;)


Congrats on the new toys.

you will, but not that much, have them and wheeled them hard, only the fronts though, there not that bad
