Another great outing with the GCLCNY guys and gals today. Just happened upon as I was in NJ for personal reasons. Zebrabeefj told me about it and Lovey invited me out as well. Thanks fo rthe hospitality Lovey--I owe ya one.

IIRC, ~18 or so rigs--40's, 55's, 60's, 80's (no 100 series--where were you Macneill)...

Hot, humid, dry, muddy, rocks, boulders, winching, some damage, smiles and great people.

Thanks again GCLCNY for letting me tag along.

Also, a big thanks again to the East Coast Trail Team--gotta love these folks--Scully, Maureen, Will, and Michelle. Good people! See you guys next time...

Just got home....gotta go to sleep....enjoy the pics....

Best regards.

where the heck was that air gee-tar pic taken?!?

I don't remember that at all..... :D

glad you guys found the action you were looking for... but you totally missed the truly unbelievable FJC Team action on GraveDigger

Onur,

Glad to hear that you and Raj made it home alright. Always a great time wheeling and BSing with you. It started out somewhat slow but by the 11am lunch things turned around.

I got a call from Phil that he was ok and a $10 solenoid fixed him. He also added that Rene blew a PS hose so there was more drama after the wild downhill ride.

Running around with just the two us (Wendy & Raj too) was great fun. Man if you stayed for another 15 mins. you could have had a chance to run the same trail Jon and Mark went up. I gave it go on a slightly different line and like usual they made me look good.

At any rate we had a great time and we look forward to the next trip out with you. Remember the invite for future trips west, we'll make for a good pitstop. Have a safe trip to CO and NM and if you meet up with UncleBen tell him the kid with the multi-colored 40 says hello.

Cheers,

Dude...my gut looks huge!! :frown:

Man, I gotta lay off the Jersey pizza for abit....

Raj trail dogged a bit at Paragon, though it was a bit hot for him and better for him to be inside the rig for most of the day.

Later.

Primo nice Marty--real nice. They did good in mud, on the rocks, sand, etc.

Real happy with them on the highway too.

He just needs to let some air out, 20psi isn't aired down for 35's. Next time go for 14psi. It'll ride much better when you follow me on a wrong turn onto a green trail and baja it to get out of it. Oh, and they'll bag out nicely on the rocks.

What he doesn't include is all the ice the wife was feeding him thoughout the afternoon. Raj was an great dog to have on the trail. He sure sniffed out where they were eating lunch.
