Booster from the FJ40. I am 99.99% sure it does as when I replaced it with a booster from a Supra I do not remember removing the push rod. I will check when I get home tonight.

I put a 3spd reverse switch into my 4spd tranny. Worked fine. So the reverse should be true too (pun intended).
