I bought this Split-Case Transfer Case Rebuilt Kit from Cruiser Outfitters a couple months ago; complete with Koyo bearings, gaskets, seals, o-rings, stake nuts, etc., etc. I was going to rebuild my split-case transfer case "just because" I was doing a clutch job, but decided it might be overkill to rebuilt at this time since it was running just fine, and I could leave it on the shelf until the time was right. But now, I am selling my FJ40, so I can sell this kit. My FJ40 is an '82, and from what I can tell from the website, this should fit the split case transfer cases for FJ40/60/70 rigs from 8/80 to 4/86. Everything in the kit is new. I did open up the bearing boxes to inspect.
Paid $225 plus shipping from Cruiser Outfitters.
