Doing some longterm planning today. Is it fair to just plan on replacing all window seals once I remove them? I’m guessing 40 year old rubber won’t be very pliable.

Yeah the dowels arnt meant to take all the weight they are more for lining everything up. I’d use a wide pair of bolts like 3 and 9 o’clock vs the 2 tops. Having them long lets you get a straight shot as you get through the clutch and in to the pilot bearing.

Well kroil, 5/16 Jis bits and my half inch impact made short work of the windshield bolts. Pulled the rh front fender and the front bib today. More broken bolts…… Question of the day. So this is a 74 would have had a F motor but it has a 2F. Any guesses as to what’s going on with the fuel...
