Maybe a little lean also? Wouldn't hurt to check vacuum pressure and for any small leaks? Lean will have it run hot, feel sluggish at part throttle and I believe causes high nox. Just a guess really. Always good to double check all the old vac lines with the maintenance already done.
Now that performance stuff is done. Switching back to the small things. New splash guards. Soon will get full paint correction and detailing along with stock wheels refurbished and new front bumper cover and paint. @Bardiya always the go to for parts!
Custom stainless long tube by Bullet Performance. 3" down pipes to large free flow muffler then 3" to stock resonator. Sounds like any stock V8 at idle and cruise speed with stock resonator. Over 3500 rpm it sounds like above. In cab it's not loud at all. I had 3" high flow res before and it was...
Just a guess from me but I would run regular octane fuel and stop the additives. Clean maf.
Let it run a full tank without all the additives . Take a with a few hour long highway drives. OD off to keep rpms up to burn off anything in cats. A few hard pulls through the gears. Retest.
Luckily I don't drive as crazy as the build is. Daily driving isn't bad at all since still on stock size tires and manual trans. Using full boost .... yea it's bad 🤣
This thread has most of the performance upgrades. The one below is from the very start of the project.

Yea those guys are crazy. Lots of turbo inline 6 cylinders here doing that. Not many supercharged v8s. They do love to hold it on revlimiter and shoot flames hahaha.
Mine hits rev limit set at 6k pretty easy but I don't beat on mine. Only time it gets pushed really is on the dyno. It's just a...
Hahaha
If it makes over 500whp I will try to keep it as it is. If it falls a little short I'll push it.
Or
I may get 500 then get bored in a few weeks and install it. Haha.
It's just sitting there calling me to be installed and it was stupid expensive.
Boost numbers with stock crank pulley.
15psi at 3500 rpm and 17.5 at 6k
Temps are good and no belt slip. Hope to have it on dyno in next few weeks once I get boost fueling dialed in.
I'm not going to Install the ATI damper since it's 1/4" bigger in diameter and would put boost closer to 20 psi.
