I've got to double-check my measurements. I measured after I drove the truck for a short trip, and recorded the rear center hub to fender 1" higher than the front. But now, depending on where I park it seems the front measures evenly with the rear. Not sure if I should do additional adjustments...

Here's a new look. I cranked the torsion bars a few turns, fixed the sagging look up front. Is rake a serious concern here or overhyped? I got a ~1inch rake. I also took off the running boards as I prepare to have it undercoated. I think new tires will complete it (for now).
