Where did you go with your Mini Truck or 4Runner this week?

Trailered it.... driving from Texas would be suicide at my age 😜 (55) I parked my tow rig at the trail exit (Tahoma/Tahoe) Then drove the 4runner around to Loon Lake to start the trail (about 3 hrs) It was really nice to have my rig waiting there vs driving back to Loon.

Ran the Rubicon, (end to end) we made it through unscathed. The truck performed great and ate up everything that I was willing to put her through. My goal was to get through without carnage and we did that. I bypassed the "Soup bowl" but that's about it... I learned that the Rubicon has no easy...

I did a little fender trimming today. I cut out about 1.5" of material out the rear fenderwells. On the front fenders I cut about 1.5" along the front/top area and then tapered it to about 3" at the door. Welding in some patch panels for the rear will come later.

    Tall skinny tires

Do 39×12.50s count as "tall skinnies"... asking for a friend 😉 Kanati Mud Hogs. 39/12.50/17 -vs- 35/10.50/15

5.29s with dual cases 2.28/4.7 combo. This is my offroad truck, so it won't see much street time. So far it moves under its own power with 39's 😆
