Moving fwd... slowly: I sampled a few different colors and decided on Rust-Oleum 7882830-2PK Specialty Appliance Epoxy Spray, 12 oz, Almond Primed, sanded, cheese cloth and one coat today.

What are ppl using for a gasket between the side vent and the heater in their 55. Seems there was an intertube used for mine up until now.. suggestions?

yes, they are significantly smaller. I am thinking of returning them all (fronts and rears) as mine look to be in decent shape. Fronts completely different shape too.
