Update: changed fuel filter and the primer seemed to go on forever and not firm up like it's supposed to, could it be sucking on air from there? If not what other areas is it common to suck in air from?

I will add my engine is not knocking what so ever but the fuel pump is ticking a tad louder that usual it seams.
