I’m building a 40 at the moment to have a dedicated trail rig, but I would love to bring the 45 down with all the cookware and stuff and make up some food and just hang out and camp! I’ve been wanting to come for a few years now but not I live close enough to come out, looking forward to it

It is a 67’, drug it out of a field in Washington a few years back, and thank you, it’s a fun one for sure, just got done doing restoring the bottom half of it back in December
Just moved up to Winston area at the beginning of this year, still working on getting all my vehicles up here with me, but I made sure to bring the 45 on the first trip, looking forward to meeting some new cruiser people in the near future
Finally took my 45 frame to powdercoat and picked it up on Monday. Once I get back in town I will start tearing down the axles and get the housings ready for powdercoat as well
Back on the 45 again this week, had some rotted portions of the frame right at the end where it arches back up for the rear axle, I decided to mimic the factory section that I cut out as close as possible, still need to cut the holes for the Allen bolts going into the frame and spring hangers
Got some pieces fixed on the frame this past weekend, just need to weld in a few more supports and drill and sleeve the rear crossmember for the bumper, one step closer to powdercoat!
