It's a steel hub. Probably came out the back door of the same factory in china that made the originals. Toyota wants only $292 for the same thing.

I would pull all the major plugs along the under-hood wiring harness, spray them down with contact cleaner then smear lots of silicone dielectric grease all over the female plug before reconnetcing :)
