Hi Alan, as yet I've only tried wd40 and 3in1 oil... Neither of which seemed to want to get it to budge, I'm really tempted to replace the pins and weld a bar on to the old ones to get as much leverage as possible!!

Hi guys 1st time posting here but not first time reading. Found some old awesome posts about the stihl 041 av servicing... Just one thing I couldn't find... How to remove the plate that covers the tensioner screw... Mines bent and pushing on the bar too much. I've tried double nutting them but...
