Not the actual photos of course, but the circled items were some of the places where the teeth were damn near ground smooth.

with respect to the following quote....it sounds like they'll only repair/rebuild what is damaged. Is it unrealistic or possible to just replace everything internally with all new parts...to me, that would be a complete rebuild? the price range to rebuild your transmission is from $2295.95+tax...

Yeah, I would assume that's why the one shop said they didn't even want to touch it. Any and all information with respect to personal experience having an A343F or similar transmission rebuilt is welcomed!! I'd love a 5yr warranty!
