Hey thanks for the info! took a voltmeter to it and it not responding as it should till 2300 rmp or so then kicks in giving me the turbo launch effect. Part should be here soon and getting a knuckel job done next week.

Thanks for the help! Yeah i figured the landtank was the torpedo style for the fzj80. Did some looking around and found some on ebay but decided to go with one from cruiser yard. It was a couple bucks more and have to pay for shipping but would rather it go to a MUD'er than who knows where from...

Very true... another question then, whats to say a used one used part vs another used part being "reliable". Does some one hook it up to volt meter and inspect or is it more of a pick up and rattle to make sure nothing rattles and throw it on to the interweb?

Unfortunately, i live in ca and desmogging or taking cats off is not going to work for me... checked the cat and its fine, looks like its mass air flow sensor. Problem now is sourcing one.

As for values of the L.C. in the last two years i swear i have seen a 30% increase asking Price for some of the trucks . '93- 97' were asking 6-8k but now asking 8-15k for a stock truck with 200k+ on the motors.

Mainly as daily driver but a capable off road weekend camp rig.
