Yes it is. It was repaired by a PO. They didn't do a very good job. I had to clean up the old welds and get it ready to weld up properly. Just need the time to weld and reinstall. Maybe next week. I put up this ad to see if I could get one on the cheap. Found an ad for one that was posted...

I have had the hesitation problem upon take off or a hard accereleration in my 2f equipped PIG. Went through everything I could think of starting with rebuilding the carb. Then onto checking vacuum and ignition. everything seemed normal. Back to the carb. Had that thing off four times now...
