Update on this issue. I've fixed a while ago but figured the solution is worth sharing. In short, the shop told me I "need a new parking computer and cables". I thought it's too vague and I would like to investigate myself. I took it home and took the plastic off from underneath the glove...

I wonder if its the Back Up Battery (Lexus people refer to it as BUB). On LX570 it sits behind the glove compartment so I imagine it would be similar in a Land Cruiser as well. I've seen people get the B15EC and one of the sensor codes together.

I would highly appreciate it. I also scheduled an appointment to get this looked at as well but its 2 weeks from now... Would much prefer figure this out and fix it on my own given I've spent so much time in this rabbit hole already :)

Hello, I have a 2014 LC that is having some parking sensor issues. I have attempted to disconnect the battery overnight, clear the codes and scan again, checked fuses, physical connections to the sensors, and the parking ECU ("Intuitive P/A") state - all looks good. Techstream continues giving...
