RollBar

LandCruiser fan... learned to drive in the 80s in a baby blue '69 FJ40 with a snowplow hanging off the front... in the winter, in the mountains of Redstone CO. Did a frame-off restoration (mostly myself, but with some much-needed help from CTS in Conifer, CO and Classic Cruisers in Salida, CO) of a '71 FJ40... then had to sell it. Bummer. Bought a 1998 FZJ105 series while on a two-year international assignment to Sydney, Australia. Joined the Toyota Landcruiser Club of Australia and learned a ton and had some fun. Couldn't bring it back... Bummer. Now have a '70 FJ40 and a '78 FJ40... long story... working on both. Not sure if I'll keep them both, but we'll see. Not a mechanic... I usually learn what I need for the "next thing", and then I know it for next time. I've found great stuff on here searching and freeloading, so thought I'd go ahead and join. :) See if I can contribute anything, but honestly, will mostly be learning from all of you.
