When not constrained by medical appointments, I (and my S/O) like to visit interesting geographic places within about a 500 mile radius of Denver. We tend to avoid large crowd events on trails, so prefer to hook up with one or two other vehicles doing remote trails and overland excursions, she often ops out of the more adrenaline inducing adventures. Car and tent camping interspersed with motels as circumstances deem prudent.
