Sprayed some soapy water on the valve and it doesn’t even look like it leaking so not sure what I was seeing when I thought it was leaking. I Will check again tomorrow. Thanks for the help anyways.😁

I added 4oz to compressor 1.4oz to to evap 2oz to condenser The rear ac had to be blocked.

Not sure just used my old one and flushed it. Been working fine so far.

Just finished my ac system and noticed I have a leak coming from my high side Schrader valve. I already put the system back together and put refrigerant in it. Can I just use one of those tools that allows you to change them without discharging the system, will that work? I just wanted to see if...

I flushed it and put everything back together and am now getting about 40-47 out of the vents in about 80 degree weather so pretty happy with that. It’s been about a week and so far it’s been solid.

I just did and it’s showing me the 88717-6A190 and click on the picture it looks likes the new one I ordered and then that connects into a pipe 88717-6A140 But I’m just confused because why is the one in my lx just one big pipe but on the diagram it’s two.

Im in the process of fixing my ac and ordered a new refrigerant pipe since it has a muffler attached and I’ve seen you should replace them instead of flushing them if it has a muffler. I ordered part 88717-6A190 through Toyota because I thought his was the right pipe but it’s mostly the same...

I got 220k miles idk when or if it’s even been changed. I have a new one just haven’t put it in yet. I’ll probably try to put it in today or tomorrow and see if it helps.

I also forgot to mention my old radiator was a koyo brand one. It had an after market thermostat as well, not sure the brand but it was an 82c and when I had those in, I was seeing temp closer to the 185-190 range which annoys me because now I have oem in my lx and the temps are higher.

I burped it using one of those spill free funnels but I’ll try to use one of those vacuum tools whenever I can.

My old radiator had a small crack along the top.

I have stock front bumper no winch or nothing. I forgot to mention I have 285/75/17 tires and Asfir skid plate. Not really sure if the tires matter at all since they are heavier than stock and if that makes the engine work harder or something like that.
