Yes, this is from the OBD2 data. BTW after replacement the muffler, I had checked for other leaks and found a small leak between the front catalytic convertor and the rear one. just between the two sensors. So I assume the air is getting trough the leak and make it leaner in the second o2.

Interesting, are you saying the FSM system test fail but each component (VCV and TVV) works well? BTW which year is your FJZ80? in 1995/6 there is also EVAP VSV which may play a role. In general if the hoses from to the TVV or from the TVV to the VCV leaks it can cause such a problem, but you...

FYI, had already replaced the canister to VC120 when I had pressure in the gas tank when fill gas in the gas station. This is different problem

Did you run the test described in the picture? I run some more test and found that the problem is with the VCV. It could not hold vacuum. The TVV is fine. I’ll get the VCV today and update after installation

BTW, I had a hole in the muffler, so I replaced a muffler but this did not solve the O2 reading... Still a mystery...

After reading on line, this can be result of a leak in exhaust. I’ll check that.
