Im with you on this my 93 is a slug too!!! just bought me a Chevy 5.7 and 700r4 2 wheel drive trans and hopefully swap it out soon.

The plug had both male and female but I cannot find loose wires anywhere

It's a 1993 fj80 with 4.5 gas engine

Found a dark gray two wire plug that was melted and can't find or tell what it may have been plugged into? Any help would be great .... It was on drivers side of engine at the top close to firewall and it was right beside the last injector plug ... Has gray covering over the two wires one wire...
