04 GX470 with 217k. I’ve been experiencing a “flare” with a brief increase in rpm on an upshift from 3rd-4th only. Really notice it during slower speeds or in traffic. Took it to a friend at Lexus to have a transmission service done, but the issue is still present (not any worse nor better)...
