Hello,
I am the proud owner of a 1997 FZJ80G 40th Anniversary
Land Cruiser Plaque number in the low 1000 range.
I am the 2nd owner and purchased it in 1999. Always wanted
one. Got One. This truck has served as my truck and the family Wagon for the past 20 years as the family vehicle for lots of trips all over the place. I have pulled horse trailers, moving trailers, ... Gone four wheeling
a few times too!!!! Great Ski Mobile! It was also both of My Kids' first car for a couple of years each. Got them there and back in Tank Like Safety
Now the old girl is all mine again, and I am giving her the
respect and restoration she deserves. The engine has been tightened
up, the leaks are gone, 3" OME lift done, Body work in progress,
a repairs and repaint + Snorkel!. WeatherTec Fitted Floor and Cargo liners, and side window Deflectors. Pioneer Sound system W/ Rear View Camera, Full upgrade to LED lights all through the car inside and out. Next is upholstery for the 1st and 2nd row wth heated seats , New steering wheel cover, New real Carbon Fiber Dash Kit, 35" (315/70/17) Mickey Thompson Baja ATZs tires, on 17x9 KMC Two Tone (Grey / Black) XD-128 Machete Wheels with Orange TPMS, and a pair of 9" 3 row LED Driving lights.
And yes - Need to get a better Horn!
Its a fun project, and as you can tell I am excited about it. Hope
that it turns out as nice as I think it will, and I get to go get it all dirty
soon.
