Brief update: The dealer adjusted the hoses/brackets and it's still quiet. No more zip ties. Not sure exactly how they adjusted it but there's about 1" more clearance to the firewall now before anything hits. That should fix it.

Exact same noise here with my 2025. Just happened at 250 miles in stop/go when the engine was cold. Only when stopped with brakes applied. Once I crawl forward it goes away. It's very loud! Keep us updated. I'll see how annoying it gets to see if I'll bring it in before the 5k service or just...
