that easy, I dont like the politics of the area, I am not rich enough to afford to live there and my girlfriend and I are going different ways. I can afford a $400K house here, that gets me a double wide there. Nice place to visit, but if you dont have big money, its hard to live there.

standard HVAC system and its a big unit, couldn't find the size on the unit. a couple of other house I looked at around the same size, a little smaller had units that where about 60% the size of this one.
