Ok after watching more videos it seems this cable is the "blend door actuator". It also looks like this thing is burried behind absolutely everything, requiring a full dash removal to reach.

Hey @m074440 I'm having a similar no heat issue, and can hear the struggling blend door servo. Trying to locate it and it sounds like it's a full dash removal to reach. Did you happen to find any photos etc.. ? Or fix your own issue?
