Awesome man, that's what I'm looking for. Thank you.

I had the head on my 80 done at Quality Auto Machine in Monroe. I was pleased with their work. Is that the one around the corner from that funky junction of roads? White building, nice old guy, been there 40 years?

Man, if I had a full engine shop in my garage I'd be livin the dream.

So I'm a returning curmudgeon to the land of 80s after a brief sojourn into the land of Z3s. In September 2015 I purchased an LX450 off Craigslist knowing absolutely jack about cruisers. Burt was purchased with the intent to learn as I go as this thing was absolutely beat. No driver mirror...

Well said, it's like a retail store writ large. We sell bread to someone, we don't keep track of it after. Once we get paid for it, that bread is someone else's problem.

I feel like that's a life lesson right there.

Not saying this to make the sale, more out of past experience with Bridgestone. When I worked at Walmart I had tried to get a pair of Turanza LS-T tires for my Taurus from them to complete a set. Had been discontinued for two years. Almost gave up when the rep said they didn't have anymore...

To be fair it took me 15 days of trying to finally find someone who knew, and it was through a local company who made 7 calls on my behalf trying to track them down.

The way she made it sound, couldn't tell if it was to try to make a sale, was that there was *maybe* one set left from whatever warehouse they pull from.

Good news! I finally got a call back from the Yoko girl. I can get a set of those tires for 570 per. Out the door is 2575.06 if we mount em.

I managed to find them in our system finally, not a one to be had at any of our DCs in the continental US. They used to be 635.99 per, that's scary.

Looking into the BFGs to see if I can find a dealer that's cheaper than ATD.

I am unable to order Coopers :/ There are three MTRs available to order in the entire US I can't order Yokos in that size (I wish I could because I've never seen that size tire before, or a vehicle they would fit on ;) )

And TGadd, might I suggest the Grabber AT2s in place of the KO2?

Right, I've been crazy busy, but I'm back, my number is 7047426641. Text or call for future reference and I'll run up a quote for you guys. I wasn't getting emails about new posts so had no clue there was actual interest! As for the MTRs and the Yokos, I'll run up quotes when I go back in from...
