It seems like the actuator is getting stuck on this plastic tab when attempting to unlock. When I slide that out of the way it looks like the lock successfully unlocks. It passes the tab when locking without any help but unlocking seems to be an issue.

Hi All, I recently acquired a 2003 LC with 219k and it's amazing. I am having trouble with the tail gate unlocking. I just replaced the motor in the actuator and it is attempting to unlock but it doesn't fully unlock. I'm not sure if I did something wrong when putting the actuator back in or...
