I have the same issue , gear jerky in downshifting, the dealer was unable to fix it, it seems to me like a manufacturing defect and no solution for it, unless Toyota fix this problem !!!!!

Just to let you know all that lc300 model 2024 has no clunk in downshifting at all , looks like they fixed the issue on the new models if not mistaken
