How long has the tank been off the truck? Is there any rust that could be a concern down the road? If you won’t consider shipping I might be able to drive up early next week
Anyway you would ship? Just dropped my tank today and found more rust than I was hoping. I really don’t want to spend 700$ + so I’m willing to pay for shipping and extra for hassle of moving/packaging
gonna try and find fusible link wire today and replace it, seems to be regular wire.
And the plastic spacer/grommet was there(I dropped it and took me a day to find it between the starter and block) but maybe the wires were worn out so it grounded to the block. Just ordered a new current sensor...

I barely even touched the current sensor, just cleaned up the bus bar, the connections at the 2 glow plug resistors, both relays and fusable link at the battery.
And I can't start the truck when the glow light goes out, I have to wait for the last relay to click off then I have enough voltage...
