Thanks -- those are next up. Both are 2015. Sluggish in low to mid positions. Just feels like it's working harder and delivering less. I've a very steep hill on my street and the snappier truck practically flies up. The other climbs steadily but it ain't flyin'.

Me too honestly. What do you think it is? Next up would be a compression test. This truck has 250k. It still drives great, but my LC with 140k is noticeably quicker and more responsive esp at lower speeds.

I've been trying to solve sluggish acceleration in my higher mileage LC200 (sluggish compared to my other 200, which has a lot more pop) for awhile. I'd done fuel injector cleaning, induction maintenance, ECU reset, etc., without any improvement. Last week I took it to a different trusted LC...

Wise @gaijin -- I'm in an LC 200 with the LTs of this tire -- Michelin Defender LT275/65R18 M/S (Note they are NOT M/S2) What is the preferred cold tire pressure, pls? EDIT: NVM -- just found this post. Thanks as always.

Ran the XXL box on the factory rails for about six months. It worked fine. Offroading with a loaded box definitely wasn't great tho -- there was a lot of movement, but nothing ever failed. Eventually upgraded to a beefier steel rack and rails (LFD) and it's definitely an improvement -- very stable.

Hey everyone, my 2015 has a wear spot on the driver's side carpet. I'd like to cover it up or patch it, but don't want to go through a whole re-carpeting. Any suggestions? I just ordered the Husky mats hoping those might cover it at least partially.

Looking for a good place to have the Hamilton Carplay kit installed in my 2015 LC. Landcruiser Specialist mentioned the Best Buy in Cedar Park, but I'm curious if anyone else in the area has someone they recommend for this. I'd potentially do some other electrical work as well. Thanks!

I called one Lexus dealer in Austin, and they wouldn't. Called another 15 miles west, and they said of course. So go figure.

FWIW, my shop and the Lexus dealership I called both said don't do it, no reason to. It's also pricey so I'm happy to skip it. FWIW.

Thanks. If I had an LX I wouldn't have KDSS, only AHC. It's either or. Engine and cabin filters all done. I use mechanics that know what they're doing, so the cabin filter thing isn't an issue.
