I need a 1994 fzj80 ac manifold off the top of the compressor. Twice the bolt has went from righty tighty to righty loosy. And both times bolt broke without it getting tight.

Sorry to hear this. They rebuilt 4 1FZ engines for me over the last 10 years. No issues at all. About 10 heads too. No issues. But I am all stock too though. Along with about 30 other engines over the last 30 years.

Depending on brand of spacers you will be fine. I wheel all over the USA with some on my 80. Puts more stress on wheel bearings and other stuff but nothing too bad.
