Now if I wanted to upgrade my birfs and flanges (while im in there i might as well) to a later model 95-97 would i need complete axle shafts or could i just get the birf joint and flanges

I'd be interested in the front axle shafts, birfield and outer drive flanges if you have them

Will do as soon as i tear it down. In the mean time would i be doing any damage driving if i removed the front drive shaft and left the cdl engaged?

Turns out the gearset is toast, drained the diff and nothing came out but sludge and metal . Ill be looking for new gears and overhaul the front
