This looks like just what I need! Grounding cables are corroded to dust at the connections, so I don't think I'm going to try to save them. @BnvS , is there a reason you say to install these cables on top of the old ones instead of doing a full replacement?

One more reply in the camp of those saying it's not that bad... I paid $12k for an '06 Land Cruiser to a private party a few days ago. The rust is worse than yours, though I convinced myself at the time that it was okay. The reason I thought that was that it was all covered up by some black...
