We bought a 92 LC about 5 months ago and moved to Colorado last month. Its cold, turned on the heat and it gets slightly warm at best. Not hot enough to defrost the windshield, not hot enough to warm your hands up. The levers on the HVAC controls all seem to work right and not feel tight...

Theres too many cases documented to show that the runners are 90% the cause of this. Some said cleaning of elec contacts helped and some cleaning of mechanism, etc.

Kinda what I was thinkin. Ill tear into it and see whats goin on in there. Where is cheapest place to buy windown runners so they go up and down easier?
