Mine is an '83 and imported from the middle east, I don't think it ever had seat belts as the anchor bolts are much smaller and shorter. I am going to use the same anchor points as the seat but with a longer bolt. It does have threaded holes that seem to align with the frame for a short jump...

Thanks for the help, followed those wires back and found a loose connection. Will have to change the bulb out because its super dim, impossible to see in the daylight and even a struggle at night.
