Hello probably wrong place to ask but I need a new starter for 1984 fj40 inline 6 4.2l turn key and not a click tap starter and fired right up. What do you all recommend I read fj60 starters are a good up grade? Thank you in advance

So I had a similar thing happen all electrical works but nothing nada from starter. Unplugged the small wire from front of starter then plugged back in and tapped the starter the started right up What upgrade do you recommend for 1984 fj40 inline 6:Saudi truck

Replacing old clamps with stainless steel zip ties. Snugs nice and tight Also added forg lights. My. Better half says the truck Looks like Madonna’s come bras. ? lol.

I decided to go with new igniter. Coil relay. But can’t find the correct distributor the smaller one with the clips. Fj40 1984 2f non USA. Any advice.

Hello Where can I find a non us distributor for fj40 Saudi truck. The smaller one ? And I guess the rotor. I’m replacing points and coil thanks
